Nepal Election Commission to Dispatch All Ballot Papers by Falgun 10

The Election Commission of Nepal has intensified its preparations for the House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21. Spokesperson Narayan Prasad Bhattarai announced that the commission has already finalized the election code of conduct, voter education concepts, and spending limits. Approximately 40 million ballot papers will be printed and dispatched to all districts by Falgun 10. The EC has also mandated that all political parties and candidates manage election expenses through dedicated bank accounts and submit detailed financial reports within 35 days of the final result. Additionally, strict rules regarding the amendment of Proportional Representation (PR) closed lists have been clarified to ensure fair representation for the Nepalese electorate.
