As for attack move... no. You make it easier on yourself if you're just attack creeps or very specific dueling scenarios with JUST 1 person to fight, but your inability to target with it makes it something you do not want to be using all the time. Sure, I could do it just for the sake of showing off in a video, but that's not realistic or relevant to actual gameplay, so I don't see the point in doing that. If you're just attack moving all the time that is definitely not something I would recommend doing. Maybe this will be better when they finally introduce the attack move mechanic changes, but until then it is extremely limited in its use.
