Welcome back to the Hutan Pantai Farm Timelapse. We start the day with intensive cargo logistics, focusing first on the transportation of silage to various destinations. Large loads are delivered to the biogas plant (BGA) and to two TMR mixing stations where we prepare high-quality animal feed.
As silage distribution progresses, a new challenge arises: managing the growing supply of digestate, a byproduct of biogas production. To make the most of it, we decide to build a granulated fertilizer production facility. This new plant allows us to convert digestate, slurry, and cow manure into valuable solid fertilizer for future field applications.
With the facility construction complete and fertilizer production successfully launched, we shift our attention to the next major task — harvesting corn for silage. To handle this efficiently, we purchase new high-capacity truck trailers and upgrade our truck fleet, replacing the older model with a more powerful unit.
Once the transport setup is ready, we move our forage harvester to the corn field and begin the large-scale silage harvest, ensuring our feed supply and biogas production stay strong heading into the next season.
