Bench to Bench - Virtual Hike with no commentary for treadmill use.

Описание: A few weeks ago I recorded my local trail for a 1/2 mile down and back form me to use on the tv screen in front of my treadmill. You know, for those days that I want to hike but its 100+ degrees outside and 90%+ humidity.

Sorry for all the huffing and puffing, it was an easy hike, but very hot out.
