Laziness, Phones, and the Silent Spiritual Trap for Stay-At-Home Moms

In this video, I’m sharing a hard but necessary conversation about how laziness can become a form of spiritual welfare for stay-at-home moms and how it can be a quiet tactic the enemy uses to distract us from our God-given responsibilities.

I talk honestly about stewarding our homes and children, raising them to know God and keep His commandments, and how our kids are always watching us, especially our daughters. What they see us do, they will eventually do. I also share personal testimony about how binge scrolling and phone habits have affected my own life and my children, and how I am actively praying and working to break those patterns.

We discuss how our phones can be powerful tools to advance God’s kingdom, but also how they can become idols when we choose them over prayer, the Word, or ministering to our children. This video is not about condemnation. It’s about conviction, repentance, and stepping fully into the purpose God has placed on our lives as mothers.
