Vespa POLINI 221 Test Ride / rotary valve tuning

Описание: 2011 engine project, quick jetting check after some modifications and tips for the new owner as the scoot was sold recently

who heared it? Yes, the clutch does slip a bit, harder springs are needed

Setup: fmpimped polini 208 cast iron, mazzu longstroke, si24 carb standard air filter, polinibox, 176/122 timings with 63% exhaust port. Lth/mmw cnc clutch with honda cr linings

still the old asso piston with potential, in thr polini kit with rounded edges in cyl and at piston (ie the sharp bottom skirt edge) its okish, but clearlly not state of the art 2022. Grand sport piston will be applied soon, i guess.
