Spinning Bar Wrestling Rules:
1. Goal to make your opponent fall off the bar
2. NO MIX GRIP!!!
3. NO legs, elbows or muscle ups
4. NO intentional contact with opponent
5. 3 rounds with min rest between (10 sec)
6. Regular grip and reverse grip are allowed and can be changed during the battle
7. TIE - when both opponents fell and didn't show control on the bar.
8. You can face same direction or opposite (can be decided by coin flip)
WARNING! May hurt your fingers, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, ego and etc!
P.S. On the video we use 2in(5cm) bar diameter, but any spinning bar will work.
