Here is what I bought from Aldi to try and start 2025 healthy and happy! I usually follow the slimming world plan so the meals in this video are slimming world friendly. HOWEVER most of you will know I'm 37 weeks pregnant so I'm not being strict with myself and I'm just trying to eat better to feel better! This is what I have got to feed our family of 5 (soon to be 6!!)

Light yoghurts orange - 1 syn
Light yoghurts vanilla - 0.5 syns

Reduced fat sausages - 1.5 syns each
Ham - free
Chicken in the bag - 1.5 syns per 100g

Light orange hot chocolate - 2 syns

Chunky breaded cod fillets - 7.5 syns
Tempura chicken chunks - 6.5 syns per 100g
Cheese curlers crisps - 4 syns
Rocket racer crisps - 3.5 syns
