Dan started his recruitment journey in November 2021. After many years of specialising in high-end automotive events including two-day Supercar shows among others, he felt it was time to branch out and start a new career where he could put use approachable personality and desire to succeed to use building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Having never previously worked in recruitment, Dan is enjoying getting to grips with understanding how the recruitment world operates, although a lot of his skills have been easily transferable and have helped him to get up to speed quickly.

Dan is very passionate about ensuring the level of service he delivers to his clients goes above and beyond, in support of Copello's goal to reset the industry’s approach to the market and create a new benchmark for talent solutions for its customers.
