Miley Cyrus accepts the Los Angeles LGBT Center's 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Award, introduced by Center staffers and Happy Hippies Alex Schmider and Mariana Marroquin.

The evening's other honorees and presenters included Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Frances McDormand, Ron Nyswaner, Pauley Perrette, Alex Newell, and Linda Perry.
