A complete stretch, wrapping, and agricultural plastic films recycling line integrates multiple processes, including collection, sorting, crushing, washing, dewatering, and granulating. Each stage is designed to remove contaminants and convert waste films into high-quality recycled granules. Process flow:
1.Double-Roll Single-Shaft Shredder: Preliminary Size Reduction
The machine is equipped with two high-strength rotating rolls and durable alloy blades, which use the shearing and tearing force generated by the relative rotation of the double rolls to efficiently cut and shred the bulky agricultural films into strip-shaped fragments with a size of 1-5 inches.

2.Plastic Recycling Crusher: Fine Crushing
The crusher adopts a high-speed rotating rotor and a dense blade structure, which can further crush the strip-shaped fragments into uniform small particles with a size of 8-12 mm.

3.First Desander: Primary Heavy Impurity Separation
Initial cleaning separates impurities like sand and small stones by exploiting density differences between plastic and heavier contaminants.

4.First Floating Cleaning Tank: Preliminary Rinsing and Light Impurity Separation
After primary desanding, the plastic fragments enter the first floating cleaning tank, which mainly undertakes the task of preliminary rinsing and separating light impurities.The light impurities that are insoluble in water and have a lower density than plastic will float on the water surface and be scraped off by the overflow device of the tank, while the plastic fragments after preliminary rinsing will flow to the next process with the water flow.

5. Second Desander: Secondary Deep Desanding
Its working principle is the same as that of the first desander, but it has a more precise separation structure and a slower water flow rate, which can fully separate the fine sand particles that are not removed in the first desanding process. The secondary desanding link ensures that the heavy impurities in the plastic fragments are thoroughly removed, and the purity of the materials is further improved.

7.Squeezing Dehydration and Drying Module
After being fed into the squeezing chamber, the wet plastic waste (usually with a humidity of 20%-30% after cleaning) is strongly pushed and compressed by the specially designed giant screw . Under the action of high-pressure extrusion, the water in the material is squeezed out and discharged through the filter at the bottom of the squeezing chamber. At the same time, the friction between the material and the screw, as well as between the material and the barrel, generates a lot of heat, which can heat the plastic material to a semi-molten state, realizing the dual effects of dehydration and pre-plasticization . After this link, the humidity of the material can be reduced to less than 3%, which provides a good foundation for the subsequent pelletizing process and effectively avoids the problems of bubble generation.

8.Plasticizing Extrusion and Pelletizing Unit
The pre-treated material is sent to the extruder, where the screw conveys and fully plasticizes the material under the condition of precise temperature control.The equipment adopts a single-screw or double-screw extrusion structure (customizable according to production needs), with uniform barrel temperature distribution, ensuring that the plastic material is completely melted and homogenized.Finally, the molten material is extruded through the die, and the high-speed rotating blade cuts it into uniform cylindrical pellets, which are then cooled and dried by the cooling system to obtain finished pellets with stable performance.
