Themes: Job loses all his posessions, his children, and now his health. Will he continue in faith? | Jesus goes out of his way to find and speak to a particular woman at Jacob's well, the Samaritan woman.
In Jesus's time, and even among some sects of Orthodox Judaism today, men do not speak to woman, or even look at them. Jesus spoke directly to the woman and revealed to her that he was the Messiah. He treated her as an equal.
