We exist in a time and age where many people live in contempt of God and His church. We have forgotten that God is the same yesterday, today and forever. If, in those days, it took a priest, through cleansing and preparation before going into His presence, just so that the Priest may not be struck by God's holiness, how much more for us today?
As we enter this new month, let us be careful in observing how we approach the presence of God as we congregate in church. Let us focus on His love alone and be overshadowed by His mercy and fail to acknowledge that He is still a consuming fire!
We must remember that doing things in the house of God casually, in contempt and in disregard to His laws, shall lead us into His judgement.
Ladies and gentlemen, let the month of November be a month we re-kindle our commitment to God by observing his precepts, commands and worshiping Him in the right perspective. That way, we shall accomplish what He has destined us to achieve.
