SUDANESE KISRA || FERMENTED SORGHUM & WHEAT CREPE/BREAD
Kisra is a fermented crepe/bread which is eaten with most Sudanese and South Sudanese stews. It is popular in Sudan, South Sudan and Chad. This one is made from Sorghum and wheat flour.
In place of sorghum, you can use maize flour, or yellow corn flour.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
Sorghum flour
Plain wheat flour
