Basic recipe:
200 grams Henna
50 grams Amla
Lemon juice or water
Mix henna to desired consistency with lemon juice or water, an let sit 24 hours. Add amla prior to application, and adjust paste consistency. Apply paste to hair, cover with shower cap, let sit 1-4 hours, and rinse with a gentle shampoo.
