Lindsay Clancy speaks in court ahead of day 6 of testimony in murder trial

Описание: The Lindsay Clancy murder trial resumed for a sixth day Tuesday with more testimony from prosecution witnesses and a look at the prescription pills that were found in her house.

Earlier in the day, Clancy agreed to a “stipulation of facts” prior to the jury entering the courtroom. "This stipulation basically relieves the government of having to bring in dozens, if not more, witnesses to prove chain of custody of blood, fluids, the bands, DNA, all of that," defense attorney Reddington said. "Rather than have days of testimony, the stipulation will avoid that."

Day 7 of testimony will only be a half day.
