In this video I walk you guys through a BIG fix and flip project that I came across on Zillow. This was an on-market deal that got picked up by an investor within one day of it hitting the market. Multiple offers ended up driving the sale price above the listed price by about $10,000. My guess was this renovation needs about $30,000-45,000 in renovations to get it market ready. I did put an offer on the property, but didn't end up locking in the deal. This would have been by far my biggest project yet.
