This might be the craziest Formula Drift weekend ever.
In this episode, we take you behind the scenes of Formula Drift Englishtown — and what started as a normal race weekend turned into absolute chaos.
The weekend kicked off with a private test session on the back track, but once the official event began, disaster struck. A tornado tore through the venue, damaging the track, destroying tents, and even hitting some of the cars in the pits.
With limited practice and unpredictable conditions, James Deane pushed through the storm — literally. In the Top 16, he was involved in a wild crash, and still managed to fight all the way to the Final Four, where he went One More Time with Fredric Aasbo in an intense battle that could’ve gone either way.
This event had it all — extreme weather, insane tandem runs, mechanical challenges, and pure determination. Easily one of the wildest weekends we’ve documented yet.
