And who could forget Rod Blagojevich, the Illinois governor with an impressive hairline and even more impressive penchant for peddling Senate seats. Although sentenced to 14 years in prison, he has adamantly maintained his innocence - even appearing on The Apprentice - and probably has a lot of legal bills to pay,.
