NAPS - Northumberland Association of Progressive Stewards (https://www.napsva.org/), a 501c3 non profit based in Northumberland County, VA who is focused on the environmental health of our shorelines, and fishery. NAPS is establishing a program to remove derelict crab pots in off season, called "Ghost Pot Program". This will be done in conjunction and support of the commonwealth's program established by VIMS (https://www.vims.edu/_infographics/de...)

This video is excerpt footage from a day out looking for, and collecting pots. Note, pots that are not crab pots are returned to the water, they are not part of the permit.
