Did you know over tight Pecs & Lats muscles are big contributors to:
1. shoulder impingement pains
2. shoulder bursitis
3. neck pain & headaches & migraines
4. pin needles into fingers & wrist issues
5. tennis & golfers elbow pains
They simply compress important nerve structures under the collar bone and neck region with which prolonged tension leads to long lasting pains.
So I always say you will never stretch them enough Esp if you’re an avid lifter! Recommendation - 5 x day up to 1 min if you’re in the gym 4 or greater in a week 👍💪🏻.
