Curry bun ingredients
Dough:
Plain flour - 2 cups or just above 250g
Yeast - 7 grams or 1.5 teaspoons
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Butter - table spoon
Sugar -2 teaspoons
1 large egg

Curry filling:
1 tin fish
Large potatoes - 3
1 tomato
1 onion
2 chillies
Little bit of ginger
2 garlic cloves
Half a lemon
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
Salt - 2 teaspoons
Coriander (optional)
Curry leaves (optional)
Butter or oil
