Our story begins in Oppin, Germany, where archaeologists recently discovered a 4,200-year-old grave from the late Neolithic to early Bronze Age period. The skeleton of a man aged between 40 and 60, belonging to the enigmatic Bell Beaker culture, was found buried in a rather unconventional way—with a giant rock placed on his legs to prevent him from rising and walking again.
