I baked healthy banana bread at home to support my husband diet.A nutritious delicious homemade treat!
Ingredients
1) 1/3 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil /or extra virgin olive oil or high quality vegetable oil
2) 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
3) 2 eggs
4)1cup mashed ripe bananas but i used 4small ripe banana.
5) 1/4 cup milk or water
6) 1 teaspoon baking soda
7) 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
8) 1/2 teaspoon salt
9) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10) 1 3/4 cups white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius ) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan . Bake for 55 to 60 mins or until toothpick inserted into the center come out clean .
