A small trail run conducted alongside the River Cleddau (Haverfordwest) , decided to take the dog with me and try out his new running lead which enables me to be hands free, overall I'm pretty pleased with it.
A friend of mine has mentioned taking part in a 43 mile run in February from Brecon to Cardiff in February so im going to see what sort of condition I can be in before December and possibly throw that into the mix.
Had some issues with the Camera during this run so hopefully an update will sort it out
