🥑 Creamy Avocado Lime Steak Bowl
with Garlic Butter Jasmine Rice & Homemade Avocado Ranch
Ingredients
Steak
• 1 New York strip steak
• Garlic (minced or fresh grated)
• Kinders Cowboy Butter seasoning
• Kinders Dry Aged Steak seasoning
• Oil or butter for skillet
Corn & Veggies
• Corn
• Chopped red onion
• Cherry tomatoes, chopped
• Spring mix lettuce
Black Beans
• 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
Garlic Butter Jasmine Rice
• Jasmine rice
• Water
• Chicken bouillon
• Kinders Butter Garlic & Herb seasoning
• Parmesan butter (added at the end)
Homemade Avocado Ranch
• 1 cup mayonnaise (I used Blue Plate)
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 ripe avocado
• Juice of ½ lime
• 2 tomatillos, sliced
• ½ cup Mt. Olive Sweet Heat jalapeños
• 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
• Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning (generous amount)

Instructions
1. Cook the Steak
1. Season both sides of the New York strip with Kinders Cowboy Butter and Kinders Dry Aged Steak seasoning.
2. Heat a greased skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side for a medium cook.
4. Add fresh garlic while cooking for extra flavor.
5. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

2. Cook the Corn & Onions
1. In the same greased skillet, add corn and chopped red onions.
2. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender and slightly caramelized.

3. Prepare the Black Beans
1. Bring beans to a boil.
2. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then set aside.

4. Make the Garlic Butter Jasmine Rice
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add chicken bouillon and Kinders Butter Garlic & Herb seasoning.
3. Stir in jasmine rice.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15–20 minutes.
5. Once finished, stir in Parmesan butter for a rich finish.

5. Make the Avocado Ranch
1. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, avocado, lime juice, tomatillos, jalapeños, black pepper, and Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the bowl.

Assemble the Bowl
Layer jasmine rice, spring mix lettuce, black beans, corn mixture, cherry tomatoes, and sliced steak.
Drizzle generously with homemade avocado ranch.
