RECIPE AND METHOD
2 cups of sugar beans
Remove the spoiled beans
Place the beans in a pot and add water
Rinse the beans with water to get rid of the dirt
Place the pot with rinsed beans on the stove and add water
Leave it to boil for an hour
Check it and add water
Add zeal so that the beans will be soft quickly
Leave it to boil until it becomes soft
Make sure you put enough water to avoid burning the beans
When the beans are ready add water
Add salt for flavor
Leave for a few minutes until it boils
Add maize meal and stir
Leave for 30 minutes
Make sure to stir every ten minutes
Remove pot from the stove
Prepare a pan
Add oil enough for your mbhaqanga
Add 1 chopped onion
Add Rajah mild and spicy
Add chicken spice
Add 1 Knorrox beef cube
Stir and leave for 3 minutes
Place the pot back on the stove
Add the oil with spices and stir
Leave it to simmer for 3 minutes
Your food is ready to be served
Note: Depending on your serving you may add or minus some of the ingredients
