***I start the walking tour at the exit of the Patriotismo Metro station, located on Eje 3 Sur, known as Avenida Benjamín Franklin. After leaving the metro, we walk along the entire Benjamín Franklin Avenue. This street is important because it connects the neighborhoods of Escandón, Condesa, and Nápoles. As we move forward, we see local shops, schools, and universities—all of which show how lively this part of the city is.

On Benjamín Franklin Avenue is La Salle University, with its two campuses. There is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the avenue and connects the two buildings, which is very practical for students and also for pedestrians.

Next, we turn onto Carlos B. Zetina Street, pass another entrance to the university, and arrive at General Benjamín Hill Street, where the Condesa Specialized Clinic is located. It opened in the year 2000 and is a public facility that provides care for people with HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. They offer checkups, treatments, and prevention counseling.

On the same Benjamín Hill Street is the back side of the Russian Embassy. We continue walking and turn toward Circuito Interior José Vasconcelos, passing along the front of the embassy until we reach Chicontepec Street, where the main entrance is located. From this street, you can clearly see the details of the diplomatic building.
