Описание:
the heart basically doing jazz improvisation without consent.
And PE loves to make a dramatic entrance: sudden chest pain, dyspnea, and that famous S1Q3T3 flex (S in Lead I, Q in Lead III, T inversion in Lead III).
Also: Left atrial appendage is the embarrassing clot storage closet.
And yes — always check legs for DVT & neck veins for cardiac drama.

Description
Pulmonary embolism can trigger atrial fibrillation due to right-sided strain.
ECG clues include:
• Irregularly irregular rhythm with no P waves
• Narrow QRS (supraventricular origin)
• Classic S1Q3T3 pattern in PE
PE often originates from DVT or clots in the left atrial appendage.
Always evaluate for leg swelling (DVT) and JVD when assessing dyspnea + chest pain.
