Jennifer has been a resident of the Cape May County area for many years and a graduate of Millville High School. She has been very active in the business world in the Cape may County/Atlantic County area with her last position in the very busy Law Offices of Cooper Perskie April Niedelman Wagenheim & Levenson of North Field and Atlantic City.

Jennifer, a Licensed New Jersey Realtor, is very energized, friendly, professional and feels strongly about quality customer service. What attracted her to the Hugh Merkle Team is their motto of "Striving To Exceed All Expectations". Jennifer is up for the challenges of the real estate business and is looking forward to learning from the best and giving Hugh's clients and customers the outstanding service that they deserve.

When Jennifer is not energizing the office, she is enjoying her husband's outstanding cooking, exercising, reading, spending time with her two grown children and discovering exciting new restaurants all over South Jersey.

Job Description:
Jennifer's main focus is filling Hugh's rental properties with tenants and assisting both rental owners and tenants (both prospective tenants and actual tenants). Jennifer works full time on helping everyone with their vacation hopes and dreams. During the summer months Jenn not only continues to fill Hugh's rental properties for his rental owners, she is also responsible for making sure all tenants are comfortable and happy. Working on their return for the next season is also Jenn's focus.
