This particular acupuncture point has been found to be highly effective in treating ankle, foot, and lower leg problems, particularly when used in combination with other modalities. In our myofascial work, we frequently incorporate acupuncture points such as B 60, along with osseous manipulation and functional exercise programs, to optimize patient outcomes.

NOTE: Avoid using BL 60 during pregnancy, as certain acupuncture points can trigger uterine contractions and potentially lead to labor induction.
