We saw rates increase throughout the year up to almost 8.5%, then we got relief as we headed into the 4th quarter with rates easing and ending the year in the mid 6% range. Due to this late year mortgage interest rate reduction, we saw a big increase in activity in December in the Parker Colorado housing market. Showing activity was up and pending contracts increased month over month as well as year over year. And, despite the slower fall, we saw a yearly appreciation of 3-4% in the Parker area in 2023.
