I visit the West Bromwich Town Centre in the aftermath of yet another spate of violence and anti social behaviour. So serious that the Police enacted a rare power called section 60. Six people were arrested and weapons were discovered. The Town is getting worse as the High Street steadily declines into neglect and decay
