The unique thing about this setup is that the other hook is rigged to be similar to how a tai rubber assist hook is made - this makes it work independently as an attractor for when you just reel in the jig on the way up - inviting strikes from fish that might be following behind.
I have tested this on smaller jigs and have caught, this time, I am tying it on something bigger to drop for bigger fish in deeper areas.
