Designed by cryobiologists, the VIA Capsule™ system is a smart, liquid nitrogen-free shipper that can help improve cell and gene therapy logistics. The system consists of two main features: the cryocooler and the shipper. The cryocooler brings the shipper to cryogenic temperatures using a Stirling engine. And the features of the shipper allow it to passively hold cryogenic temperatures below -120˚C for up to five days during shipping.
