Troubleshooting a Shorted 5v Reference Circuit (Chevy Silverado)

Описание: This truck has more than one 5v regulator and we are chasing a problem on the REF 2 circuit (P0651). It is also setting false random misfire (P0300) and crank sensor (P0335) trouble codes.
