Roasted cheese Garlic bread
Roll bread
Butter
Parsley
Garlic
Mozzarella cheese
Salt,pepper,chilli flakes
Olive oil.
cut the top of the garlic
-put it on aluminium foil, season it with salt, pepper,chilli flakes and drizzle olive oil
-bake at 200 degree Celsius 1h long
-put butter, parsley, olive oil,salt,pepper,chilli flakes and the roasted garlic in a bowl and mix it
-cut the bread and brush it with the mixture
-top it mozzarella cheese and bake at 200 degree Celsius until golden brown.
