Last night we had to say goodbye to my sweet little friend Kam. Since he was born Kam has fought a long ,courageous battle with a very rare disease . Before he left us, this little hero donated some of his organs to help save the lives of many other kids. I was honored to escort Kam and his family on his Walk Of Honor through the halls of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Kam is a hero and he’s no longer in pain. Sending all of my prayers and love to his family, friends, and the drs. RIP my friend. I’ll meet you in heaven one day! ❤️DIXIE.
In honor of Kam, I encourage everyone to make sure they are signed up to be an organ donor .
