I got asked to review the RecoverFun blood flow restriction cuff. Since I have previous experience with other BFR devices I decided to take them up on the offer. Being familiar with the KAATSU BFR study I knew they used pressurized cuffs. I knew this would be an advantage for BFR training so I was willing to try.
