Greer recounts a meeting with the Boutros Boutros-Ghali (UN Secretary General) and his wife Lia Ghali. Lia wanted Greer to get Disclosure done. Greer responded by pointing out that her husband, Boutros Ghali was the head of the world. Lia said it was too dangerous of a move for her husband to make.
Greer then recounts an experience he shared with Senator Claiborne Pell. Pell was chairman of the foreign relations committee but was never given any information about the extraterrestrial presence even though he made inquires through official channels. Pell had been denied to opportunity to deal with the ultimate foreign relations issue [interstellar diplomacy].
Dr. Greer - We need to have humanity's higher angels take on the responsibility of extraterrestrial relations. We need a peaceful interplanetary, interstellar diplomatic initiative. The French Ministry of Defense has already backed this initiative and participated in CE5 extraterrestrial contact.
