LP 7 - Polaroid is Suing Fujifilm (Instax Lawsuit)

Описание: LOPRO UNCUT ep7. Polaroid sued Fuji over instax square back in 2017, but the long arm of the law is slow! So they are finally getting ready to go at it now in 2025.

Also Polaroid Sued Kodak back in 1976 over a very similar issue and WON over $900 million!

Something I neglected to research or talk about in this video, after polaroid won all that money from kodak, they didn't want to start another arduous legal battle when Fuji introduced instax film in 1998. SO! They just agreed to like not fight in each other's markets and they like shared some industry secrets with each other. BUT THEN!!!!

The NEW polaroid in 2017 was all "takesie backsies" !!!!!
