This lift is situated in an office building. It was installed upon construction of the building in the year 1990. The lift is attached on the outside of the building in a glass shaft, well integrated into the interesting architecture. It is a roped hydraulic with two pistons. The shaft, lift car and doors are all glass and allow for a nice view of the surrounding area.

The lift runs on a very common selection of components, that being a Bucher hydraulic drive with LRV valve control and a Liftronic L2000 lift controller. For this lift, the simple version for up to 8 floors was used. Interestingly enough, this lift was originally planned to serve the basement as well. The controller documentation lists 6 floors including -1 and a travel height of 16.6m. The car panel also has a 6th opening for another floor button but this was simply covered with a cap. The motor room is located in the basement, right in front of where the lift would open.
