Dough Includes:
Unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, curry powder, turmeric & cold water — kept ice cold for that signature flaky crust.
Directions:
1️⃣ Grate or dice your cold butter and freeze for 30 minutes.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients, add half the butter, and distribute evenly.
3️⃣ Add cold water slowly and knead lightly (don’t melt the butter).
4️⃣ Wrap and chill for 1 hour.
5️⃣ Roll out to about 1.5 inches thick, fold in the remaining butter like shown in the reel, and chill 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Roll to a 3mm sheet, add your filling, fold, cut, crimp, and bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes (or 25–30 from frozen).
