🔥 Today’s Breakfast Club Workout | 1.12.26 🔥
This morning we earned it.
TABATA 🔥
Jumping Jacks ➡️ Skater Hops
Push-Ups ➡️ Mountain Climbers
Air Squats ➡️ Butt Kicks
Reverse Lunges ➡️ Forward Lunges
Then we went to work with a Total Body Pyramid ⛰️
Reps per round:
5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5
• Push-Ups
• Squats
• Sit-Ups
• Lunges (each leg)
No shortcuts. Just effort, consistency, and community.
