Here's the latest on day 7 of the Iran war.
Israel launched broad strikes across Tehran and Beirut, conducting 26 waves of attacks on southern Beirut after issuing evacuation orders for over 500,000 residents.
The US claimed it has sunk over 30 Iranian ships including a drone carrier, with Iranian missile and drone attacks down 90 and 83 percent respectively since day one.
A second Iranian naval vessel, the IRIS Bushehr, requested to dock in Sri Lanka after engine failure, with 208 crew evacuated as the country maintained neutrality.
Trump ruled out a ground invasion, calling it a "waste of time" and saying Iran has "lost everything." He insisted he should have a role in selecting Iran's next supreme leader, declaring Khamenei's son "unacceptable."
Tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz is down around 90 percent and has been near a standstill since the end of February, with hundreds of vessels waiting on both sides of the strait. Gulf states have begun internal reviews of overseas investment commitments amid budget pressure from the conflict.
The UK deployed Wildcat helicopters to Cyprus and Typhoon jets to Qatar, while France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands announced additional deployments to the region.
