A glimpse of our brew day for Worldly Scholar Oatmeal Pale Ale.
Pink Boots Society San Diego Chapter in conjunction with Latitude 33° Brewing Company in Vista California collaborate for a fundraising Oatmeal Pale Ale. Chapter leader and Craft Beer Ambassador Denise Ratfield and Head of Brewing Operations Kevin Buckley got together for a brew day on June 12th 2014 at Latitude 33°. The resulting brew named Worldly Scholar debuts in the greater San Diego area July 2014. Thanks to David Cryer, the overseas debut will be at Beervana August 22/23 2014 in Wellington New Zealand.
Denise Ratfield is also the Social Media Committee Chair for the international non profit organization Pink Boots Society. Soon to be seen among women in the brewing industry in New Zealand as she launches a PBS chapter there.
