Hi Dears!! This vlog/day in the life video is from 6/19/19 when I went in for my pre-op blood work. I'm so sorry for how badly the quality of my recording is in certain parts of this video! I was having a hard POTS day, was really nauseated, weak and had some tremors, which is why it's so shaky!! I'll try my best to work on that, I promise! Maybe only record on days I'm not as doing so poorly. However, I wanted to film this for both personal reasons and for awareness of POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) and Hypovolemia (low blood volume).
