Highlights include the DB28xs Kind of Blue Tourbillon, a more compact take on De Bethune’s icon with the world’s lightest 30-second tourbillon cage, floating lugs, and a 5Hz balance. Jacques also unveils the DB25 Starry Varius 40mm, its titanium dial heat-treated to a rich burgundy-purple hue with individually set stars, bringing cosmic poetry to the wrist.
The conversation closes with the collaborative “Mystery Box” clock, conceived by Denis Flageollet and Fiona Krüger, inspired by Carlo Rovelli’s reflections on the impermanence of time — a piece that blends horology, philosophy, and art.
