Описание: The pipes and drums of Shirley Pipe Band performing in their home town of Shirley in the West Midlands. This is the annual Shirley Carnival and the band gave two performances a couple of hours apart. There was some rain on the day but fortunately it was fairly light and did not spoil the day’s events.
