This udon performance utilizes the traditional Sanuki udon technique of "SUKASHI-UCHI" set to music using effects pedals and pickups.
This is a first-take, one-shot recording, so it's the exact footage, including mistakes. It's a live performance similar to the one we actually performed at our grand opening.
